Default Mail server Migration

We have planned to migrate our existing Lotus Domin 5.x to Zimbra OSS 4.5.10. on RedHat Ent 5.0.I have setup zimbra and everything works fine. Now moving mailboxes across the server i am facing certain problems.

1) I tried to copy folder wise by configuring thunderbird imap for both servers. Initially i could copy couple of folders from old lotus to zimbra imap. After that i will not be able to copy anyother folders unless i exit thunderbird and restart.

2) Alternatively i tried imapsync. I can sync all the folders. Problem here is i am not able to get exact folder structure.

Example:
Old server
---------
Inbox
Drafts
Official
Dept
Incoming
Outgoing

and so on. That is nested folder structure.

But what i get on zimbra Imap
Inbox
Drafts
Official
Official\Incoming
Official\Outgoing

when i used the following syntax of Imapsync (version 1.99)

imapsync --sep1 '\' --debug --subscribe --syncinternaldates --noauthmd5 --host1 mail1.example.com --user1 testuser --password1 pass --host2 mail2.example.com --user2 test2user --password2 pass.

I am not able to create exact folder structure as above. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance
