Where can i get a License Key for beta 5 RC2 ?

Is the trial license system working? I thought I might play around with v5 but when I submit the form I get:

I just got blasted with like 5 keys so I guess the actual request is going through and some post redirect is not working correctly. Thanks for the helep mmorse, and please pass on my appologies for a bunch of inadvertant key requests
