Default zimbra-store fails to install on fc4-x86_64

Hi all

I'm trying to install zimbra on my fc4 x86_64 (dual-arch) box. Most packages install without error. But unfortunately the install script stops after installing zimbra-store. Installing it manually with the commands

rpm -e zimbra-store
rpm -ivh packages/zimbra-store-3.0.0_M2_746.FC4-20051116155303.i386.rpm

gives the error:
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]
1:zimbra-store ########################################### [100%]
cat: /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/zimbramail.cf: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden (i.e. file not found)
could not open session
could not open session
Fehler: %post(zimbra-store-3.0.0_M2_746.FC4-20051116155303.i386) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

Any ideas?

Default 64 bit

The packages aren't compiled for 64 bit architecture, so aren't likely to work.

Hmmm... Normally on the dual-arch FC4 box i386 and x86_64 versions can coexist. I have installed mixed libraries on this box, e.g. for running freeNX in a VServer. With Zimbra, I can see that all RPMs install properly, I can even launch the configurator manually.

I think my problems come from the fact that I have a somewhat "minimum install" in my vserver. To make the configurator work, I had to yum-install the packages sudo, vixie-cron and bind-libs (the installer did not verify that these are here). At the moment the LDAP server fails to load because it tries to bind to all interfaces; in my VServer Setup it may only bind to one IP address/port. I will still try to make zimbra work in my VServer Setup; perhaps I will need to relax the capabilities settings of my VServer.

Thanks anyway for your help, I will let you know if I succeed to make it work.

Regards
--Marcel
