Default Sync to Outlook calendar

Hi all...I've recently implemented a Zimbra mail server, which is running well over Fedora (the OS version). I had a friend help me with the install, I am a little shaky on Linux and am not that familiar with all of the different versions of Zimbra. All of my users, at this point, are using Outlook with POP accounts from the Zimbra server. I have a few users who sync their mail and calendar with their Smart Phone, PDAs, etc... Because of this, I can't move them to the web client of Zimbra so that we can have shared calendars, global mail lists, etc... Is there any way to accomplish this with Zimbra? I know that there is an Outlook plug-in which requires a fee per workstation per year. Has anyone implemented this, and is that the only way to accomplish keeping the PDA users happy AND having shared calendars? THanks for any feedback!

Sorry, I need to give a little more info. After reading through several posts here, I realize I am running the OSS version of Zimbra. Am I correct in assuming that I cannot provide any synching to Outlook calendars or mobile phones unless I am running the network version of Zimbra? Should I post this in a different forum?
