Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES (v. 4 for 32-bit x86). I don't know what you mean by arch file unless you are referring to the zcs-NETWORK-4.5.9_GA_1455.RHEL4.tgz file.

Just saw a support case with something like this. The resolution was to follow this:
