Question Blank/Empty user login screen

If I go to https://fqdn:7071/ in firefox I get a standard Administrator login, and can login. if instead I use https://fqdn/ to bring up a user login or if I try to view email from the accounts portion of the Administrator console I get a blank screen. This is after installing ZCSLicense.xml.

Any suggestions on where to look?

see for screen shot on the localhost.

Weird. Did you make any modifications to language files?

Also, did you clear your cache? Does it work in IE?

Default Fixed?

This AM I ran install.sh -r using the same install source as I did the initial install from.

Everything appears to be working.

I'm going to try running with the PAE version of the kernel and see what happens.

I tried IE on a windows box it would bring up the login box but go blank after login.

yes I try clearing cash on both the host (where the screenshot was taken) and on a windows box no improvement in either case.

The install.sh -r seems to have cleared up the problem but what did it change?

I'm running a backup to a tape device before trying the PAE kernel. We have 6+ gig on this system and would like to have it all available to zimbra.

Default Now a PAE problem

I attempted to use the PAE kernel,
CentOS 5 2.6.18-8.1.15.el5PAE to enable the memory above 4GB, I have 6GB on the server.
After booting with it tomcat fails to start.
Boot back to CentOS 5 2.6.18-8.1.15.el5 and no problems.

Do I need to reconfigure tomcat to be able to run with the PAE kernel?

Quote:
# yum info kernel-PAE

Available Packages
Name : kernel-PAE

Summary: The Linux kernel compiled for PAE capable machines.

Description:
This package includes a version of the Linux kernel with support for up to
64GB of high memory. It requires a CPU with Physical Address Extensions (PAE).

The non-PAE kernel can only address up to 4GB of memory.

Install the kernel-PAE package if your machine has more than 4GB of memory.

Thanks James
