Default verity licensing

I notice in the documentation that Verity is flagged as proprietary. Can anybody clarify the licensing implications of this component?

As part of the Network license you get full rights to use Verity. Proprietary in this sense is that we(Zimbra) do not have the rights to release their source code. We do have full rights to sub-license use for all Network Edition licenses.
