Can't reach sales...

I'm demoing the NE product... I have 100 lic. Trial key. I have 120 users. I want to go forward with a purchase. I cannot reach sales. I've left voice mails..
If I cannot get more users I am going to go with the open source edition.
I cannot operate at this point...

Is this an issue

BTW not as customized (like if you're a non-profit/govt) but you can also see http://www.zimbra.com/quote/ if your ok with a CC purchase online etc
