Error Creating, Editing Users

I completed an installation today, which occured without any issues.

I was able to add one user, and their mailbox is fully operational.

I added another user, and receive:

Message: system failure: createMailboxDatabase(5)
Error code: service.FAILURE
Method: ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
Details:soap:Receiver

I also get the same message every time I try to alter the user.

When I browse the mailbox table of the zimbra DB, it doesn't show any of the users created after the first one.

The log shows a message "error creating user," but the only documentation I could find showed this as a bug that had already been fixed, and the line in the sql script mentioned in the bug report was absent.

I also tried updating the permissions of the users on the DBs using the GRANT function, and 0 rows were modified.

PLEASE HELP!! I am in over my head, and need some direction from someone that actually knows what is going on.
