Installing second mail server

Hi All,

I've installed one Zimbra mail server with ALL services running on that one server. I now want to install a second Zimbra server as to have a backup of the first one. I wanted to know if I should install the second server similar to the first one with ALL the zimbra services installed as well.

My goal is to have an identical install to back up the primary server. Would appreciate any comments/suggestions on the best practice to running backup server. Any info on load-balancing and load-sharing capability with zimbra would be helpful!
