Default 5.0 rc1 installer fails to catch admin password being too short

This is a new install of 5.0 RC1 and the installer apparently didn't catch that the password I selected was too short (8 characters is too short?). It continued on, but setting up the postmaster alias failed.

What's the best way to recover, and should I file a bug in bugzilla for things like this?

(from /tmp/zmsetup.log.6739):

Creating user admin@zstore.usg.tufts.edu...
*** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov -l cd zstore.usg.tufts.edu
ERROR: account.DOMAIN_EXISTS (domain already exists: zstore.usg.tufts.edu)
*** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov
ERROR: account.INVALID_PASSWORD (invalid password: too short)
done.
Creating postmaster alias...
*** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov -l aaa admin@zstore.usg.tufts.edu root@zstore.usg.tufts.edu
ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_ACCOUNT (no such account: admin@zstore.usg.tufts.edu)
*** Running as zimbra user: /opt/zimbra/bin/zmprov -l aaa admin@zstore.usg.tufts.edu postmaster@zstore.usg.tufts.edu
ERROR: account.NO_SUCH_ACCOUNT (no such account: admin@zstore.usg.tufts.edu)
done.

I'm guessing there is a shell escape problem someplace, since I was able to set the same password with zmprov. The password I was trying to use had both a $ and ! in it

Yep. See if we already have a bug for it, if not, please file it.
