Default server dropped connection

I have some users thar are not able to send e-mails, with this message:

From IP: 127.0.0.1
Content filter: undefined
server dropped connection without sending the initial smtp greeting

Any Idea on what is happening?
I have a local DNS and a public DNS. I have set up enable DNS Lookups on server and global.

Do you have another MTA running?
zmcontrol status?
Can you paste your hosts file?

I have an internal DNS with a host name for Lan IP and a public DNS with a host name for the Internet.
Zimbra is configured with the Lan host name. Is this a problem to send emails to other domains?
I cannot send emails to other domains, for our domain there is no problem.

Just a friendly reminder that if you want priority support, then Zimbra Network Edition offers that.

Otherwise we answer posts when we get to them.

Can you please post your
/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log
/var/log/zimbra.log

Thanks
