That's not always that easy, as I absolutely don't know where details are stored in zimbra. Searching for *.log and looking in /var/log/message gave nothing interesting.
I just took my old 4.5.3, and told zimbra 5.0RC1 to upgrade it. Upgrade failed, so we restored 4.5.3 and tried to upgrade it with 4.5.8... and all data was gone, only existing accounts were spam/nospam accounts...
Then finally, I installed a clean 5.0RC1, and re-injected all mails in it. Now the system is (almost) working again. Only stats are not working (for some reason, zmcontrol says stats is running but the admin interface is not, and the mysql table is empty).
Anyway we'll stay on zimbra until we find a better solution, or get it completely working. |
