Can't access Admin Control Panel after Install

Dear All:

I have successfully configured OS, installed, and started (i think so), Zimbra.

CentOs 5 is my Os.

I have followed the step by step guide listed on this forum for centos:

This is the error i get. I think Tomcat is not running + mysql server.

Can anyone guide me on how to finish?
