Default 5 rc1 - centos5 - Wont send mail after PC reboot

Hey, I just installed 5RC1 on a box of mine and it works GREAT with a fresh install of the RHEL binaries. Everything works and i can send and receive mail with ease with this awesome program.

all is well, but then I restart the PC and I can log in just fine, but when i send email i get :

Could not send message: mail.SEND_FAILURE
msg - SMTP server reported: 451 Temporary local problem - please try later
code - mail.SEND_FAILURE method - ZmCsfeCommand.prototype.invoke
detail - soap:Sender data - [object Object]

and in log:
Oct 10 04:48:30 mail postfix/postqueue[4679]: fatal: Queue report unavailable - mail system is down

i dont understand where to go with this.. or where else to look and troubleshoot.

Any help would be appreciated! thanks..

http://www.epoxysbox.org/pkgs <--- installed packages

i dont get any errors during install..

ps - this does the SAME THING with version 4.5 rpms.

is there something i'm not doing right or something not starting that should be? I installed everything but the proxy.

EDIT:: i now notice this when i install it.. towards the very end:
Setting up zimbra crontab...no crontab for zimbra
done.
