Default [SOLVED] Tomcat Not Starting after migration to new server

I am planning on upgrading to RHEL5 + Xen. In order to minimize downtime I have attempted to migrate my current zimbra(no virtual) install to a new virtual instance running on another server with limited memory. I did a clean install which came up running fine. Once I moved zimbra directory over from the existing sever and reran the install script, tomcat refused to start. Here is what I see in the logs.
