Migration and account creations

Hello,

I want to migrate a server from Smartmax to Zimbra, and I have two questions:

I need to create 300 accounts, it is possible to create the accounts with a file containing user password email etc...?

For transfer the messages from the old mail server to Zimbra I can use fetchmail?
