My advice? Do an uninstall, and reinstall.

Well I reinstalled on Red Hat and the new installation thinks it is FOSS - even though zmlicense -p says that Mobile is enabled.

Still no option in COS Features though.

Yeah, go ahead and run the uninstaller. I suspect a problem with the RPM

The one you have is fine.
When you extract it, can you give me a directory listing?

Well I found the file com_zimbra_mobilesync.zip and tried uploading it, and it seems to have helped.

Next will come the regular n00b kinds of questions, such as how long it takes for calendar events to move between the phone and Zimbra.
