    Default CRM Email usage please

    Hi, our CRM app has a java emailer in it. you set up the mail server data and it is to mail to clients.

    I receive mail as the user telling me the mail was sent from the CRM but the contact targeted is not getting the mail.

    As the local user, getting the mail, this tells me it is a relay issue. I use desktops and laptops and various locations to send this mail.

    Can you please tell me how to configure the relay or MTA trusted to get this CRM mail sent through my zimbra server?

    maybe 127.0.0.0/? 192.168.1.1/? in the Relay in MTA, my zcs server IP is 208.77.144.24x

    Try adding the IP of your crm server to the Trusted Networks in Zimbra, search the forum and/or wiki for mynetworks.
