Default Can't setup new user account

Hi,

I'm having problems getting a new user setup via zimbra admin control panel, it doesn't allow me finish the user account as the finish button is disabled when i get to the screen where you set mailbox size etc. Also tried zmprov ca with a text file to setup a few accounts and get the message:-

zimbra@zimbra1:/root$ zmprov prov> usage: createAccount(ca) {name@domain} {password} [attr1 value1 [attr2 value2...]]
prov> usage: createAccount(ca) {name@domain} {password} [attr1 value1 [attr2 value2...]]

In my text file accounts.txt I have:- ca user@domain.com

-put in a test password zmprov ca user@domain.com test123
-put in ‘’ for the password if your going to be doing external authentication
-or if you want them to change the zimbra directory pass on next login add on the end zimbraPasswordMustChange TRUE

mmorse,

whats gonna be the easiest way to transfer a zimbra users account, including calender info from one zimbra server to another on different domains?. We have moved from an in-house server to a hosted one.

Do you have any control of the server? ie: your own dedicated box that you can throw whatever os/zcs version you want on it?

If transferring your entire setup is impossible-as will probably be the case if it's not a dedicated box for your use...

Till someone makes the zcs>zcs tool Bug 19630 - Migration Tool zimbra to zimbra
(but that probably wont happen soon because the network edition has zmbackup>zmrestore)
your left with, scripting some account provisioning + imapsync + all the calendar data exports/imports & what not...
(I would hope the hosting provider -whomever they may be- would work with you for the transition...)

we talking running the same operating system & zimbra version?
run setup then use your old data
-shoot you could just transfer your /opt/zimbra (and other folders) to it
(would have saved ya a lot of work)

or different operating system?
different server name?
