users have bizzare stylesheet error

we recently deployed zimbra to have a few users pop up with this same problem.

any ideas on how to fix it

Firefox/IE/opera/Safari?
What version of zimbra is this?

Did you try clearing the caches?

IE and using someting else really isnt an option, or i would have put firefox on there already and tried it.

These are both win 2000 boxes with sp4 and lastest version of IE for win2000.

cache clearing and reinstalling java do nothing. And all of the style sheets are messed up in some fashion on those 2 machines.

and zimbra 4.5.6
