Default LDAP with SQL backend

I'm trying to use LDAP with an SQL backend instead of the BDB backend. LDAP uses four SQL tables to specifiy how information is to be stored in the database - ldap_oc_mappings, ldap_attr_mappings, ldap_entry_objclasses, and ldap_entries. These tables must be populated in the SQL database before the ldif files for zimbra are loaded. It's not obvious to me how these tables should be populated for zimbra application.

Has anyone already tried this? If so, can I get a copy of these files? If not, any information on how these tables should be populated would be greatly appreciated.
