[SOLVED] Unable to access NEED HELP!

I have been unable to log onto my zmail since earlier this afternoon. I am completely cut off from my clients and my office and have no idea what is going on. The error message when I attempt to link to the server says "Cannot Find Server." I am desperate and beginning to panic. Anyone know what is going on?

I afraid that zmail is nothing to do with Zimbra (I assume you're talking about Zimbra), the provide hosted email services and you should contact their support department for help with your problem.

Somehow I doubt she's using a service hosted in Portugal...
I'll wager something in the USA and probably close to Ohio

Either way - as Bill said, while this forum is for Zimbra, a connection problem is going to be something you should contact your individual hosting provider for.
