4.5.6 Network Edition on CentOS 5 x86_64

I'm looking to send our Exchange server packing fairly soon after successfully testing with the free version for a few weeks on an older Dell 2650, using both CentOS 4 and Ubuntu. This past week my shiny new 2950 arrived, and wanting to take full advantage of the large amount of memory installed CentOS 5 x86_64. This is where I've hit a snag however, and it's pretty early on so this will be brief.

The install fails right with the first RPM:

zimbra-core......zimbra-core-4.5.6_GA_1044.RHEL5_64-20070710170037.x86_64.rpm...FAILED
###ERROR###

zimbra-core-4.5.6_GA_1044.RHEL5_64-20070710170037.x86_64.rpm installation failed

However, querying the rpm database it shows that RPM is installed. Has anyone managed to get this combo working? I'd actually prefer using Ubuntu 64, but as that's not a Zimbra option this is where I'm at.

Here's a followup. I decided to run the rpm install of zimbra-core by hand, and this is what I ran into:

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Dumping a shared archive is not supported on the Server JVM.
error: %post(zimbra-core-4.5.6_GA_1044.RHEL5_64-20070710170037.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1

Did you follow the "howto" about setting up Zimbra under CentOS 5 ?

Yes, but it's slightly different for the network edition. I got it figured out.

Edit the /etc/redhat-release file replacing original release information:

Before :
CentOS release 5 (Final)

After :
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5 (Tikanga)

Now install.sh must work for you.

PS: Don't forget edit the /etc/redhat-release file restoring the original release information : CentOS release 5 (Final)

I believe this will be fixed in the next 4.5 release so that modifying /etc/redhat-release is not necessary on CentOS installs.
