    Default lame! typo

replace "-keypass" with "-storepass" in the commands, and it will work much better

    Sorry for the confusion.

My system has pretty much fallen apart. Users cannot get e-mail, etc. Had a lovely time getting the answering machine when I called up.

The cert installation guides need some work.

What did you do to the system? "It's fallen apart" doesn't help much.

What number did you call that got you voicemail?

My bad on the emphasis. I got frustrated and posted without thinking.

David called up fairly quickly to help me out, and is getting support online. You guys have one of the fasted responding forum/email/phone support systems in place, and I shouldnt have posted like that. My apologies.

I'll post more once i know what's actually wrong. The symtoms are:
    1. POP3 over SSL is failing
    2. SMTP continues to work
    3. Web access fails with "No Common encryption algorithms error".

This started when I tried to install a SSL Cert from GeoTrust over the zimbra self signed certs. I should have waited till much later in the day to attempt this.

I have approx 7 early adopter users right now that are on hold because of this, but it's my fault for doing it in the middle of the day.

Called support and pressed option 2 for technical support. I did leave a message with my phone number, but i dont remember the person's name at whose box I left it. I believe it was tom, but i could be wrong.

I used backuppc to restore my tomcat and ssl cert directories to their previous states. I will give the SSL cert installation another shot late this evening, when most of the users will not notice interruption.

Thanks again for the excellent assistance. Your help was very much appreciated.
