In my /opt/zimbra, and I'm sure in everyone elses, there seems to be 'clutter'. For instance, I have a handful of files config.11535, config.13341, config.15030 etc, are they all needed or can I safely delete all but the most recent?
then there's multiple folders for the same thing clamav is linked to clamav-0.90.2 but I also have folders for clamav-0.88.4 and 88.5 and 88.7! Are these safe to nuke also?
I've multiple
jdk1 folders, and
jetty folders, and
amavisd-new folders!
Then there's
openldap-data, and
openldap-data.prev and
openldap-data.prev.25731 and
openldap-data.prev.5832 and
openldap-replica!
I know none of this is taking up a lot of space, but every little counts and the extra files are just noise that I'd rather delete.
I'm sure it's safe, but I'd appreciate it if someone shouts "stop" before I mess everything up
