Default SSL Import Question

I'm trying to find a .cer or .crt file of the CA that self-signed my zimbra certificates. I want to import this file into my certificate manager under windows so I don't keep getting that blasted error in IE telling me there's a problem with this websites security certificate. I looked in the conf/ssl directories, but I didn't see one anywhere. Does anybody know how to get this?

Thanks,
-Grant
