External Delivery Problem

Hello, I need some help. I've setup a new zimbra server, and it will delivery mail locally without a problem. However, when I try to have it deliver mail to an external address, it fails and returns the following error message:

I have to relay my email though bellsouth. I've got my original email server still running until I'm sure the Zimbra functions properly, and it relays mail through bellsouth without a problem, but the Zimbra box can't. Anybody have any suggestions?

Do you have a local DNS server with A& MX records set-up correctly? Do you have "Enable DNS lookups" set in the admin ui? Do you have the hosts file set-up correctly? Do you have mynetwork set correctly (search the wiki for details)?

The only question is the format of mynetworks, which I set under the Global Settings, MTA, MTA trusted networks with the format of 127.0.0.0/8, 10.255.254.0/24

Also, I've noticed that the relayhost in my old postfix server has brackets around the ISP's host, and the zimbra one doesn't.
