Filter distribution list

Hi Everybody.....Anybody knows how can I filter the distribution list accounts to receive mail from the outside??..... I want to create a distribution list for all my users (ex. allusers@domain.com) and I don't want that this account be accesible from the outside...... Thanks for any help and very sorry for my poor english.........

Anybody knows how to implement this per user instead of sub-domains:

The idea is, certain users can send mail only to local domain....
