Default Can't use smbclient to mount a windows share

I'd like to backup my OSE instance to a Windows share but keep getting this error:
smbmount: /opt/zimbra/cyrus-sasl/lib/libsasl2.so.2: no version information avail
able (required by /usr/lib/libldap_r.so.2)

TIA,

NB

search the forums, this has been answered several times already.

quick answer: prefix the command with LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib

that should be a warning, not an error, so the command should still work.

You mean backup your data, like /opt/zimbra into your windows machine? Another way to do it, instead of sharing it, you can use webmin, then just download the files you want to backup. (if i understood exactly what you meant).

also, what ever you do, do not open any of the backed up files in windows.

Windows has a different carriage return then unix, and can badly mess things up.
