Default Password Issue

WHen i try and issue a /etc/init.d/zimbra stop/start or restart it asks me for a password, What password is it asking for?
I've tried everything I could think of it, and I only use one main password when i do installs..

Is there some default password i don't know about?

why not just try su - zimbra when you are already login as a root then issue your zmcontrol ...whatever.....
