Default Error reading config file - Forbidden

I've just downloaded the appliance and am trying to get it to start. I'm getting the following error and don't know what to do about it.

The following error occurred:

/etc/conaryrc:3: when processing includeConfigFile: /etc/conary/config.d/zimbra:1: when processing includeConfigFile: Error reading config file http://updates.zimbra.com/conaryrc: Forbidden

Any suggestions?

Thanks - and be kind - I'm pretty new to Linux, even.

I am. It appears the proxy settings are being ignored.

So, I assume then from the response to this thread that Zimbra does not work as an appliance behind a firewall. Is that correct?

Does the non-appliance version work behind a firewall?

They will all work behind a firewall or router if you have a local DNS server installed, search the wiki for Split DNS.
