Fellas, How do i get a normal signin like jromano@dataforcecrm.com instead of jromano@mail.dataforcecrm.com

Yes, create a domain called dataforcecrm.com and set it as the default and give your users that as an alias. You should have created the correct domain name when Zimbra installation asked you if you wanted to change it during the first install.
