weird domain is killing me , double domain

Hi,

I have set up ZCS before but I am having problems. I carefully configure but my domain name doubles:

Iam mail.dataforceleads.com but the hosts reads: as mail.dataforceleads.com.dataforceleads.com

can you tell me how to fix or to avoid this? thanks.

Plus I get the slap.d error?
