What does your hosts file look like? Is it correct following this format:
Code:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx mail.domain.com mail
Please note that the mail.domain.com ip address must be available for assignment.

Welcome to the forums.

There's a copy of the hosts file in the one above yours (posted by jholder), you could always read the Quick Start Guide for details - it's on the main Zimbra site under Documentation.
