| | | Manage Mail Queues problem Hi all,
I'm having a problem on the manage mail queues screen. It is showing me that I have a message in the deferred queue, but I'm not able to see any details about that message. Also the date Updated displays as 12/31/1969. I've attached a screenshot in hopes that this will provide a clue to someone as to what may be causing this.
Thanks,
Dave |

| | Hello, and welcome to the Zimbra Forums!
Would you mind updating your userprofile with your OS and Zimbra version?
Also, I have to ask the obvious question:
Is your clock set right? |

| | | Ok, updated my profile, and here is the output from the date command on my box. OS is RHEL4. Code: [zimbra@mail2 ~]$ date

| | | I have the same problem. In my logwatch from the system I can see that I have a undelivrable message in the queue but when I go to the Admin UI I get the same things as your screen. |

| | Do you see anything in /var/log/zimbra.log?
Specifically look for deferred messages. |

I wonder if you don't have your "allowed networks" for postfix set up correctly. |

| | | I'm having the same problem with the Manage Mail Queue. In /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log I see the following error: Quote:

| So I went in and made the /opt/zimbra/jetty-6.1.5/work/zimbra folder world writable.
I'm now getting the following error: Quote:

I wonder if you don't have your "allowed networks" for postfix set up correctly. | It was a Mindquarry server that had its own SMTP server on it when I brought it up. I disable it and refer it to my Zimbra server tycho but the Postfix is holding the message in the queue and when I go to the Admin UI I can not flush it and I can not find anything that tells me how to dump the message. |
