Default Upgrade OSS to Network Edition: no NE features

We've upgraded from the Open Source version of Zimbra to the network edition . Everything seems OK - it starts OK, runs OK and has a valid license.

The only problem is that none of the network edition features seem to be there. On the admin panel there's no license tab (though the zmlicense command works fine). There's no backup section, no cluster section, no Outlook plug-in to download and no admin extensions.

Installed packages:
zimbra-snmp-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-spell-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-logger-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-apache-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-ldap-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-store-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556
zimbra-core-4.5.6_GA_1024.RHEL4-20070627170556

Those packages appear to be the OSS versions. Do a 'zmcontrol -v' to see what's installed. You should also deploy the Network Zimlets and restart Zimbra.
