Default Admin Account (First time)

Hey,

I have been in the process of installing Zimbra on a OS X.4 server for about 3 weeks and I went on vacation. I have finished the installation but, I can't get into the admin account. I look at the terminal and see it created but, I don't see where a password is created. How do I get the default password so, I can get into the system and start to play I mean work on this?

Hi Mike-
The admin password is set during installation. You get a screen that gives you a bunch of options, and then you press "a" to apply.

If you've forgotten the admin password, you can reset it by running:

zmprov sp admin@domain.com NEW_PASSWORD
Good luck,
jh
