Zimbra desktop install

Hi Everyone,
I'm amazed by my new Zimbra install, wonderful stuff. Now I am on to the Desktop version. During install, the following error message appears:

log4j:WARN No appenders could be found for logger (org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpClient).
log4j:WARN Please initialize the log4j system properly.

okay, what do I need to do to get this thing going? I'm a relative novice, so go easy on me!! THANKS for any help you can provide.

I believe you can ignore it.
It's a trivial error.

JH: I should have added that the Desktop Version won't run after install. The connection to my zmail server hangs. It won't get past the Test Connection page.

I've entered my credentials properly; I think my computer will not make a connection to "localhost" and that is why I'm stuck. Just a guess. Never had a problem prior to the install.
