Zimbra on Windows XP SP3

Hello. I've just installed Zimbra on a WinXP box, SP3. No matter what I do, the app won't start. I double click on the desktop icon, the Zimbra name appears for about a second in the bottom panel, then it goes away, and nothing!

Very frustrating! Please, please, someone give me some guidance here! What can I do to get it working?
