Post upgrade issues

I attempted to upgrade from 1.xx to 7 following the procedure listed on the site. I upgraded from 1 to 2, then to 7. Launched the app and it was still at 1.xx.
After working on the issue for several hours, I backed up my personal-Zimbra directory under my profile an d uninstalled the application and then installed the latest version.
Here is my issue; I did not export my address books and now I need to know the name of the file the addresses are stored in so I can retrieve them to the new version. Anyone know the name of the file?
Also; cannot get the new version to connect to Hotmail even with settings from previous version.
