Default How can I change the "Reply To" email address

]I orginally set up a personal email account through Zimbra with a return address at my then employer. I'm not working somewhere else (BYTE.com--Launching mid-July!), but on a personal account, I can't change the return address to match my new BYTE address. People who reply to messages I send with Zimbra get the messages kicked back.

The field for return address is grayed out. I can't change it. If I start to delete the account, Zimbra warns me that all the saved mail from that account will be deleted.

There must be a sollution for this. What is it?
