Default Desktop Connecting to trial server fails authentication

I have been attempting to connect to the trial server to test the desktop version of zimbra. I have entered an account name, the email address that was in the first email I received in my trial online mailbox, the password that I received in my trial online mailbox and testzimbra.com in the incoming server. I have set security to none.

The message I am receiving is:

Account authentication failed. Please check username and password.

I have verified the email address and password by signing into the trial online version. The email that I received with these credentials indicated that the desktop access capabilities were active.

Is it possible to connect to the trial servers to test zimbra desktop?

This seems like a pretty simple question. The answers should be something like, the "trial account does not support access from the desktop application" or "the trial server URL is not correct you should use xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" or the account name should be Zimbra". I have tried a number of different combinations with no luck. I would really like to evaluate this product for possible use in our corporate environment. However, without an operational trial it is very difficult. Please help.
