Have you been to Verizon's email account settings page before? You probably have but I figured just in case it could have the answer you're looking for. Not to mention, there is a VZ Troubleshooter - Email Config tool built into the Troubleshoot link on Verizon's site too.
Excellent tip, uclabennett. I checked both the verizon.net setup instructions for e-mail as well as my MS Outlook 2007 settings. BTW, Outlook works just fine...
