Default Zimbra + linux accounts

Hello,

is it possible to have Zimbra installed in a way, that it uses linux server's user accounts to authenticate? I'm planning to use open source edition of Zimbra.

Yes, it is. Search the wiki or the forums for the word 'posix'.

Ok, thank you. I found that there is plenty of discussion about this subject and samba is always mentioned. Do I have to use samba even when I only want to use Zimbra with linux accounts?
