I enconteer several small issues/bugs on ZD7 that are quite.. annoying and so i would retreive the ZD2 system.

no easy way. the main incompatibly is in the index files.

the second beta is coming out in a week. maybe you want to wait and see whether those problems have been addressed?

Zimbra Desktop 7 is a beta release, wouldn't it be a better idea to help improve the product and give some feedback on your problems/questions or file bug reports?
