I put up a post about reinstalling 1.04 on my Mac on 1/20.

After 110 views, no one has an answer.

I copied all the Zimbra files to another location, and then deleted all Zimbra files using AppCleaner for the Mac. But something was evidentally missed.

When I try to reinstall 1.04, I get the message that some service is still running.

Any idea how to determine what that service is?
