Not working on Windows 7

I use ZD regularly on my desk computer (Windows Vista). I tried to install it on my laptop (Windows 7) and nothing happens. I uninstalled and tried to reinstall, and even downloaded the file again, still nothing. Does it work on Windows 7? Any suggestions?

theyre is 5 day i could install zimbra on my computer but now !! i cant i have this error .

do you have the same error message

No, you don't have the same problem. According to your other post your problem is with the ZCO not Zimbra Desktop.

It does work with Windows 7 I can confirm that, Are you an Administrator would be the first question?

When you open the file Windows should pop up a notification that says "are you sure you want to run this program, sometimes it starts minimized check and see if there's a blinking icon on your start menu after you click on the installer
