TO CC BCC in Zimbra Desktop 2.0

Move to General questions since no responses here!

In my Comcast account (Smartzone) when I go to send an email the TO, CC & BCC buttons are grayed out.
When I switch to my Yahoo account they are not grayed out and they are usable.
I also a have a problem adding a new folder to my Comcast account and
it's not a problem in my Yahoo account.

Here's a error message when trying to add a new folder.

Critical

Subfolders under USER_ROOT are not allowed.

I also deleted both accounts and stared over it didn't help.
