Default Zimbra and email missing

I've been running Zimbra on my Vista machine for a long time with no problems.

I helped install on a friends Windows 7 machine. The desktop short cut did not install and when minimized there is nothing in the system tray. When I do a search the only file that comes up is the installer download. There is nothing in the start menu for it. The program manager does say it was installed, however. The thing is, even though Zimbra seems to be totally absent from the machine it is somewhere still reading the email from the pop server and removing them from the server as it does.

Any ideas? This is my first experience with Windows 7 so I'm not familiar with it at all. I get the feeling that Zimbra did install and is working but there seems to be no way to bring it up on the screen once it's been minimized, short of re-installing it.

Any help would be appreciated.
